We accept payiments thru PayPal. You may pay with
any major credit card or your bank check
without opening PayPal account. Free to Send Money. Your
Credit Card account will be charged that amount in US
Dollars.
Shipping Policy
We ship by UPS and provide
you with shippment tracking number.
Free shipping with $100 or bigger order. If combined order
less than $100 shipping is only $8.
*Shipping rates are for
USA only. Parcels usually delivered by UPS in 4-5 business
days.
Your order will be shipped
the same or following business day.
For overseas orders Postal Service does not guarantee
delivery faster than 2 weeks but most of our overseas
shipments are reaching the destination in 5 -7 business
days.

1. CuringOxygen.com pledge that the information you enter
will not be shared with any outside party without your
expressed consent ( does not include fraud cases ) and
that any emails you receive from CuringOxygen.com will
be related to your order.
2. You can be assured
that your personal information will be kept confidential.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address or any other specific
personal information.
Security
1. You will never pay charges made to your card through
unauthorized parties.
2. To protect you from
catastrophic losses, under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 (most
of banks will NOT charge you at all) of fraudulent charges
that are not the result of negligence or fraud on your
part.
3. PayPal.com Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard
and among the best software available today for secure
online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your
personal information, including credit card number, name,
and address, so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet. PayPal.com does not allow any
transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection.
5. For security reasons
card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network
for authorization. CuringOxygen.com do not record your
card number anywhere.
Return Policy
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping
or refund your original purchase price for that item when
we receive your damaged products back to us.
If the products are in original package and were not used
and you want to return them for any reason - you can send
them back to us for a refund within 3 weeks of your purchase.
Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This amount will be deducted from your refund. Also if
your order was over $100.00 US and we paid for shipping
of your package that shipping charge will be deducted
from your refund.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer
a money-back return policy for the products that were
used.
Duties
International customers from outside of North America
will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties
at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must
contact your local Department of Commerce for information
about any duty and taxes that may be added. There are
no duties, taxes or extra charges for orders shipped to
USA.
Limitation on
Liability:
In no event shall CuringOxygen.com be liable for any direct,
indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or
consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even
if we have been previously advised of the possibility
of such damages, whether in an action under contract,
negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in
connection with the use, inability to use, or performance
of the information services, products and materials available
from this site. These limitation shall apply not withstanding
any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or
limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
